Out of 150 films from over 40 countries,
PLACEBO gained the attention of PwC (Pricewaterhouse Cooper, LLC) who
set up a red carpet event to greet us at our first screening, followed
by a beautiful reception at the posh venue, Prego Cucina Italina, in the
Eau Claire Market. They were wonderful hosts and because of their
generosity and amazing turn-out, our encore screening packed the walls
of the Globe Theater downtown.
The PLACEBO team, including
Justin Ho (Writer/Director),Victoria Maria (Lead Actress), Samantha
Strelitz (Actress) and Ryan O'Callaghan
(Co-Writer/Producer/Actor), opened up to audiences after both screenings with Q&A's, following a Red Carpet interview by Judy Gabriel during the
festivals's Closing Gala.
